Layam Talent Academy Foundation (LTAF) was set up with the vision to provide opportunity to aspirants to unleash their potential in organizations by imparting essential skills and knowledge through training and making them employable to become an asset to organizations and society at large. In this regard, LTAF was registered under the NAPS Program wherein National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) is a new scheme of Government of India to promote apprenticeship training and to increase the engagement of apprentices.
LTAF provides the opportunity to organizations, through the NAPS scheme , to use the industry’s talent pool by bridging the skill gap with hands-on , practical training on latest methods, tools and practices. It is a boon to industry as they have easy access to skill manpower , as well as to students as they get real-time On-The-Job training.
Apprenticeship Training consists of Basic Training and On-the-Job Training/Practical Training at workplace in the industry. The main objective of the scheme is to promote apprenticeship.
