Where it began
Potential deserves a chance to prove itself
Layam began in 2007 with a belief that academic results alone should not define a person’s future. Many capable people needed the opportunity, training and confidence to demonstrate what they could do.
Our roots in learning and development shaped the company we became. We connected industry needs with practical training, helping people build the skills to contribute and grow. As our clients’ needs grew, we expanded from developing talent to managing operations and taking responsibility for delivery.
Today, with over 16,000 employees, our founding belief continues to guide us: build opportunity through capability, keep relationships honest and earn trust through the work we do.
