Assessment centers is the method of testing the aptitude and performance of the applying candidates through trained assessors using various aptitude diagnostic process. This is done in order to obtain information on the abilities of the applicants and their potential. This can also be self- done and measure your own knowledge, skills and attitudes (KSA’s) to best illustrate the competencies of oneself.
